Annealing and Slumping
No Kiln? No problem! Send your beads to us for speedy, efficient, friendly professional annealing.
Your Beads will be carefully, thoroughly and lovingly annealed
in our State-of-the-Art Digitally-Controlled Brick Kilns.
Have cracked Beads you want slumped into Cabochons? Yes, we can do that for you too!

Bead Annealing Fees:
Moretti, BullsEye, Kuglar, Reichenbach, Gaffer, Spectrum, Czech, Boro, etc.

*1 - 150 Beads = $10 + Return Postage (calculated by weight per AusPost rates)
*151 - 300 Beads = $14 + Return Postage (calculated by weight per AusPost rates)
More than 300 Beads? Please inquire!

You do not need to clean the Bead Release from the beadholes before annealing. We will be happy to send them back to you for that service and your Bead survival rate will be much higher for cleaning AFTER the annealing process.

*Rate quoted is for beads averaging up to 28mm in size. If your Beads tend to be large, the fee may differ slightly. Please inquire for more information. (A few BIG ones in a batch is no problem!)

Slumping Fees:
Moretti, BullsEye, Kuglar, Reichenbach, Gaffer, Spectrum, Czech, etc.

*1 - 30pcs. = $12 + Return Postage (calculated by weight per AusPost rates)
*31 - 60pcs. = $20 + Return Postage (calculated by weight per AusPost rates)
More than 60pcs.? Please inquire!

Please note: All Bead Release must be thoroughly cleaned from your Glass before slumping. We do not provide cleaning services so please be sure they are completely clean before posting them to us.

We DO recommend that you send your Beads to us via Registered Post or Express Post to ensure
timely arrival and tracking in case they go walkabout thru AusPost.
Beads will be returned by Registered Post unless other arrangements are made prior to us receiving them.
